2016 Cashiers Plein Air Festival

July 12 - 16, 2016

I will be among 29 of the nations top artists who will expend their creative plein air efforts on  the Mountains of Cashiers, NC during the week of July 12 thru the 16th.  Each day we will bring our fresh paintings to the wet-room located at Village Green near the crossroads of Hwy 64 & Hwy 107 in the heart of Cashiers.  There will also be a quick draw (paint) open to all artists on Friday July 15th at 2 PM.    Participating artist are:

Artists of all experience levels are invited to paint outdoors at The Village Green Commons alongside festival artists in this high spirited competition.

This summer soiree features delectable hors d’oeuvres and desserts with an artful flair, cocktails, live jazz music and the announcement of the festival award winning artists.

Saturday, July 16

11:00 a.m. Youth Art Paint

$30 fee
Kids can join in on the fun of the festival. Fee includes supplies and assistance from a festival artist. Limited availability; pre-registration required.
